Major Cargo Service company has an efficient quality management system, developed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9000 standards.

Our motto - Going forward, Attention to details, excellently reflects our policy of development in the field of quality - constant improvement and attention to the needs of each client.

In May 2006, we successfully passed certification of conformity to international standard ISO 9001. In April 2009, Major was successfully re-certified and received certification of conformity to ISO 9001-2008. For us, this quality mark has not a symbolic but a practical importance.

In our activities, we aim to create an atmosphere of business cooperation based on mutual trust and to find the best solutions. As part of QMS, activities are constantly carried out in the field of:

• monitoring customers’ satisfaction for the quality of our services;
• developing corrective and preventive measures.
• regular assessment of the activities of departments and personnel on performance system;
• designing QMS documents - standards, company’s regulations, directives, etc.
